A Boy Made of Blocks – Keith Stuart

A Boy Made of Blocks, is a novel about an autistic boy who overcomes his inability to communicate with the world in a very unusual way. While Sam is struggling with his autism, his parents, Jody and Alex had their own issues to deal with. Their relationship is going through many ups and downs.
Alex finds Sams love for ‘Minecraft’. Surprisingly the game helps Alex to build on his relationship with Sam. He connects with Sam while discussing projects in the game.
The story is based on the life of Keith, an author. Every bit of the struggle in this book is what Keith and his family had been through.
I will not say that it is an easy read but it is definitely worth giving a try.
